Mr&MrsB 5 Posted March 20, 2014 I am so happy!! Went to my second post op with my surgeon and I am down 20 pounds and thank god I can eat!!! Things taste so good and I needed that fuel so I can workout and do my Water aerobics. I am feeling like a new person!! I made my hubby dinner last night, chicken enchiladas which is his favorite. So I had a lil refried Beans with cheese verde sauce and a little chicken out of the enchiladas. It was heaven!! So what is everyone else eating for soft foods. I would love some recipes
Wallflower7522 328 Posted March 20, 2014 I made buffalo chicken dip last night. It wasn't as good as the original but it was still really good. I used a cup of Greek yogurt, about half a pack of ranch powder, a can of chicken, a block of non fat cream cheese, and franks red-hot sauce. I just mixed it all together with my kitchen-aid to shred the chicken and baked it for 15 mins of 425. Tons of Protein. One of my favorite recipes right now is just a couple of chicken breasts, a pack of taco seasoning, and a jar of salsa. Cook it in the crock pot for 8 hours on low and it just falls apart. You can use it for tacos, burritos, salads, or just eat it by itself. You can even add Beans and tomatoes and make it into Soup. 2 Mr&MrsB and pquinn181 reacted to this

I would love some recipes I bought a cook book recommended by my nutritionist - "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery". All the recipes "blend" well and are really tasty. The recipes also tell you how much you can eat at each stage.
