Today marks my year and I'm so excited I have lost 108 pounds. .. I never would had thought I would be doing things I would never do... I have lost friends and gained new ones... I still haven't told people that I had it done because it was something I wanted to go through by myself and people see how hard I have worked to loss weight...This has not been a easy ride in the park for me but I'm truly happy where I'm at now in my life I still have a lot more to lose to hot my goal but I know I can do it I just got to keep focus...

Thank you so much... I'm so excited but I still got some to go but I'm sure if I work had I will get it off... it does feel so good to make it this far and doing things I never thought I would be doing like running...
