I do 1 hour of cardio, and an hour of lifting, each day is a different target area: chest, legs and butt, arms, shoulders, and back I do core ever day though, my stomach has been the hardest area to get looking half decent, I have muscle underneath the jiggle lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
