birdmadgirl 154 Posted March 19, 2014 Tell me I will start losing again? I am worried that this is as much as I am going to lose. Ive only lost 50lbs in 6 months and I have stalled for the last 3 weeks. I admit that I am not making all the right choices and I have a hard time gettting all of my Protein and Water in lately. Beach Lover 1,084 Posted March 19, 2014 Hang in there! My weight loss amount went down after 6 months but I am still losing a pound a week. At this point you really have to make good choices and cut out as many carbs as possible. They are a weight loss killer! Also make sure you are getting in 1 or 2 days of exercise.
