kyleebean 209 Posted March 19, 2014 Don't get me wrong, I realize I have lost weight but this month has kind of sucked in terms of weight loss. The first two months(November to December) I lost a total of 45 pounds, then the third( December to January) month I lost 12 pounds, then 7(January to February) pounds and this month(February to March) has only been 6 pounds. I'm scared that my weight loss is going to stop..... I still have a long way to go and this is starting to feel like not going to happen at all. Most days (probably 98%) I am on plan, get my Protein, Water, etc. There have been a few times where I have had a bite of birthday cake or an onion ring. But these are very few and far between. LipstickLady 25,682 Posted March 19, 2014 You're fine. You are doing great. Just keep working the plan and exercise. The further out you get, the less you will lose each month. You've done great so far!! Focus on how your clothes feel, take pictures and measure your body. The number on the scale is a VERY small part of the picture. 2 Band2Sleever and StephanieRR reacted to this
StephanieRR 131 Posted March 19, 2014 Please do not be discouraged. Look at your overall weight loss! That's incredible!! You should feel really good. i understand your concern, but lets look at it like this..Suppose you only lost 6 pounds a month for the next 6 mo. That would be 36 more pounds!! Dwell on the good and remember, the pounds lost is just a number on the scale. It doesn't reflect inches, behavior changes, making wise and healthier choices, loose clothing, compliments, how much better you feel, etc... Stay positive and hang in there. I think you are doing awesome!! Focus on your Non-scale victories! Keep up the great work 3 gourmetone, Lucky6798 and Band2Sleever reacted to this
