StephanieRR 131 Posted March 19, 2014 I had the sleeve so I can only speak for myself. I have found that I am so satisfied and full most of the time that I do not have cravings for anything. Hopefully that will be the scenerio for you as well. Good luck and I wish you great success!!..PS. I was a big fan of the peanutbutter chocolate mix myself!! debsuh 2 Posted March 19, 2014 In the beginning, I had the STRONGEST craving for fried chicken strips!! I never indulged because I thought it would be much too hard on my stomach (sleeve), and it did pass. Now I could have them, but have no desire for them. My eyes are still bigger than my stomach and I take too much and can never finish...but for me, that's a good feeling!!
AllisonKara 46 Posted March 19, 2014 Sweet cravings or chocolate cravings are common but you need to manage them intelligently because a single bar of chocolate can add enough calories to your diet to make rigorous workout sessions futile. Whenever you get such cravings I would suggest you to eat something, not necessarily anything sweet, but a bowl of salad or a Protein Shake, etc. It works most of the times.
