Good for you! I almost went to the gym this morning, but my iPod was dead. Terrible excuse, I know!! ;) I will live vicariously through you people who are back on the working out wagon!!

First day at the gym. I did the elliptical for 15min. The treadmill for 30min. And I used about 4 toning machines for my thighs arms and stomach. Feeling pretty good. Not as soar as I thought I would be. Going again Friday.

I can't believe you were able to do all this on your first day at the gym. That is really awesome. I'm 5 1/2 weeks post op and I just started working out 2 1/2 weeks ago. I can only do 15 minutes on the treadmill, 5 minutes on the elliptical and 10 mins on the stationary bike. I do it twice per day but still....
