Recycled 2,182 Posted March 17, 2014 Pretty much everybody. Telling someone to relax is easy, while trying to is near impossible. Just try to think of it as a nap. Before the surgery, every time they came in to take blood pressure readings, I would close my eyes and imagine the most relaxing place I could think of.....and see how low I could get my BP. It would freak out the tech and they would comment how I seemed so relaxed. Just smile and think fun thoughts. You do great. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
