I plan to enjoy the summer and build up my muscle mass so I don't get too flabby when the weight falls off. Like wise, I been drinking Protein, exercising, just preparing myself I am ready !!!!! BetterNai88 54 Posted April 19, 2014 That's awesome for everybody. I'm almost half way through my process. I have my 3rd of 6 supervised diet appointments next week. Then I only have my May, June, and July visits left and then it can be submitted. I've lost and gained during these 3 months but have tried my best and learned so much thus far about Protein first, staying hydrated, Vitamins, portion size etc. I'm really excited for a second chance and am really looking forward to it. Myopiawmn 2 Posted April 25, 2014 I started my journey a month ago and just had my first follow up / weigh in with my surgeon today. So far I've lost 9 pounds so I am excited about that. I'm hoping to have my surgery around September once I jump through all these hurdles for the insurance company. Good luck everyone!! 1 Megan00 reacted to this
NewLife4Me7 110 Posted April 26, 2014 Im one and a half months into the process of getting the sleeve. I'm finding it hard to get my butt moving to go for walks. I also was a huge ice cream eater which I stopped eating it a while ago. Just yesterday I bought some and ate it then I was so mad at myself. I'm I know I should start out like 10 minutes a day. I guess I just needed to get that off my chest. 1 Megan00 reacted to this
