greensleeve 457 Posted March 16, 2014 Anyone else have this? When did you notice that it went away? How much did you weigh?
shadylady_57 54 Posted March 16, 2014 I weighed 266,before my sleeve. I had bladder incontinence so bad that I never knew when I needed to go. It would just pour out when I would stand up and I couldn't stop it. Immediately after surgery I noticed I didn't have it anymore. Before surgery I had lost down to 242, I now weigh at 7 1/2 mos 181 lbs. I went from wearing briefs to wearing panties again with a treasure pad and I rarely mess it up. Iambeautiful 100 Posted March 16, 2014 Wow this is hopeful.... I also had incontinence and had to wear briefs when i went out and I couldn't hold it that long if i had been out too long. I did notice that in the hospital I was able to always make it to the bathroom in time..... At home it seems to be the same now. I only had one incident now when i went out that i had some leakage when standing up walking into the house after being out a couple of hours...... it has seemed to improve. I wonder why?? greensleeve 457 Posted March 16, 2014 My guess would be our stomachs are so big that taking most of it out is putting less weight on the bladder?
greensleeve 457 Posted March 17, 2014 Or maybe because we aren't drinking as much Fluid or eating as much food.
