Starting Weight 285

Surgery weight 245

Current weight 186

Sleeved August 2nd 2013.

I have not lost any weight since the middle of january. I eat between 1200 to 1500 Cal a day. I do crossfit 5 times a week and work out at the gym 4 days a week. Why am I not losing weight? My measurements haven't changed.

I am at 211 lbs. 3 months out and am only allowed between 800 to 1000 calories a day. Maybe check your calories.

My dr never gave me a calorie intake amount. But if the calories in vs calories burned rule is true I should be losing weight. I'm seriously working out a minimum of 10 times per week.
