lalise 10 Posted May 1, 2014 May 15th, Puget Sound surgery clinic isn't as strict as others. You are limited to 2 Protein drinks a day but must not eat more than 40 carbs a day. I just started today and no big deal. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Down 42 lbs in total...i have to remind myself that i have to eat 3 meals a day and 2 Snacks but um that has NEVER happened yet...I barely finish 1 meal, i actually break 1 meal in 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
