Okay I'm sure this topic is covered a lot here so I'm sorry if there is already another post on this. Anyway, I am wondering about how much the girls get deflated. I have had a large chest even when I was not obese in my high school years and all the women in my family are large chested as well. I know to expect them to go down quite a bit. I just want to know if any other women who have always been busty or have big boobs that run in their family have actually experienced that they still are large chested after the weight loss and how much they did go down.

Sorry if I rambled! Lol.

Your band width will probably go down first, followed by your cup size. Speaking from my own experience, I lost 110 pounds. My bra size went from a 42 DD to a 36 D. But I didn't go from a DD to a D until about 90 pounds lost.

I'm down 125 pounds and I went from a 42dd down to a 34c. They are proportionate to my body, so I'm happy with the size reduction. And all the women in my family are big chested.

Thank you so much ladies you guys are giving me some hope! Lol. I'm a 44DDD so it will be interesting to see what I am after most of the weight is off. I'd be fine with a DD or a D even! :)

I was a 44DDD last July. I've lost 85 pounds and am a 38DD now. I look proportionate and am not unhappy with them at all. I am wondering how they'll do - I have about 50 more pounds to go. They have lost some of their own perkiness, but still don't look too bad.

I am 7 1/2 mos out I was a 42 DD,now a 38 DD they have gotten really flabby and hang down on my stomach, but look pretty good when I put on my bra the cups are over filled. I am going to need a breast lift after I reach my goal weight.

Sad sad sad. My poor boobs will never look good without serious support again. They worked hard and served me well and they've been retired for some time but they still looked good. As long as I'm wearing a good bra they still do but getting a bathing suit has been quite a challenge.

I hear you Seela and ShadyLady, I've had saggy "twins" ever since my son was born! They are so saggy already hopefully they can't hang any lower! Lol.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
