magtart 603 Posted March 13, 2014 Has anyone seen this show? It is a British show and I am watching it on YouTube. I have watched all of season one and am into season two since yesterday. Season one seemed stupid with the "Ban the Big Bum" stuff, but season two is pretty good. The main premise is having an overweight person and an extremely underweight person swap diets for a week. In season two they bring in a woman who is about to have gastric sleeve surgery as a method of scaring the overweight person into eating a normal diet. The surgeon said "she would never be able to eat in a restaurant again". I don't know how old this series is, but it has many more seasons so I am sure it has changed a lot.
