Am a week out today and have been doing pretty ok with the liquids tge Protein is my problem how did y'all get through it ?

Protein Shakes, Protein shakes, protein shakes. Count them as part of your Fluid intake. Good luck!

Ditto - Protein shakes. You have to drink them. Make sure the Protein content is more than 50% of the carb content and lower calories. No more than about 200 per shake. You can get Protein powder at GNC, Walgreens, grocery store, wherever.
