Would suggest you speak with your Dr. Or nutritionist about the fruit, seems everyone has a different program to follow. And don't worry about the weight, if you follow your instructions you will lose....good luck 1 mommameraz reacted to this
PLUUSGRL 13 Posted April 14, 2014 Has anyone had a problem with restless legs at night since surgery? I had a gastric bypass on 3-31 and have had a problem with it since coming home from the hospital. I constantly move at night to relieve the numbness and tingling sensation. About a little after a week out I had it for a good 4 or 5 nights. My doctor had me take a sleep aid but it didn't really work. I'll be 5 weeks out on Thursday and I haven't had it since. I'll be 5 weeks out on Thursday and I haven't had it since. I've had it for 2 weeks and mine doesn't seem to be going away. Im hoping the doctor can give me some type of direction other than a sleep aid on Wednesday because I've tried that and increasing my Iron but neither worked. Wallflower7522 328 Posted April 16, 2014 Have any of you had to give yourself a B12 injection yet? I'm sitting here staring down the needle. I think I'm gonna wait for my hubby to get home from work and make him do it.
iamsoworthit 430 Posted April 16, 2014 Have any of you had to give yourself a B12 injection yet? I'm sitting here staring down the needle. I think I'm gonna wait for my hubby to get home from work and make him do it. My husband gives me mine. It doesn't hurt at all. Just tell him not to flinch or pull back. The first time ny hubby did it he hesitated just as he was putting the needle in and the needle bent and that sucked. Now, I just have him jab it in and push the syringe slowly. There are a ton of you tube videos if you are unsure how to do it. Luckily my bff is a nurse so she showed us both how.
