SandeeD 363 Posted March 11, 2014 I'm two weeks out today and went shopping for a few hours and I feel like I could drop any minute now:( I'm so tired and so winded. I know if I don't push myself that I won't get stronger, but I also have to listen to my body, lesson learned. Some good news is that I noticed just some slight changes...(can we say NSVs:) I THINK my lower back doesn't hurt anymore, could this really be??? Also, my posture has shifted a bit, I think it's because of the belly fat loss so far. One more thing, I can now sleep on my side and I love it. These are itsy bitsy NSVs so I can't wait for the major ones. 5 CrazyJaney, catnapper, 1Day1Life4Now and 2 others reacted to this

Dr-Patient 830 Posted March 12, 2014 Initially I only went to stores that had shopping carts, that way I could hold the cart and get some walking done. Especially those big stores: Walmart, Target, SAMs Club, Publix, etc. that may help. Know, too, it all gets better. 1 1Day1Life4Now reacted to this
Texasmeg 568 Posted March 12, 2014 SandeeD - I noticed that my posture had changed when I looked at my before photos and my two month photos - it was obvious. The posture can certainly make a difference in how your lower back feels. Congrats - but don't overdo the walking!

I had very little stamina. However, it does get better. And as the wieght comes off your energy levels will go through the roof! Best wishes! 1 lynn2win reacted to this
