KimRN 14 Posted March 11, 2014 I had VSG on March 5, everything has been going well, I'm still on clears until Wednesday. Yesterday I was so hungry/sick of Clear Liquids I could have cried. I needed something new to sip on, so... I puréed a can of onion Soup and ran it through a fine sieve until it was a thin liquid. It was so good and I finally felt like I had something in my stomach. Sounds good right? Well I woke up today still feeling full and can't really drink more than a sip or two. I'm paranoid that I may have done something by straying off the cricket broth. Has this happened to anyone. How can I still feel full?
magtart 603 Posted March 11, 2014 (edited) I would have strayed off of cricket broth, too. Ick! Anyway, maybe the onions made you gassy. That could make your stomach feel too full. Try some gas-x or something. I am pretty sure you didn't hurt anything. Edited March 11, 2014 by magtart
KimRN 14 Posted March 11, 2014 Damn auto correct, chicken broth. I would definitely steer clear of cricket broth too! 2 ProudGrammy and magtart reacted to this

Teachamy 1,042 Posted March 11, 2014 I agree with the Gas-X suggestion. And get up and move. If it was a fine broth, you'll be fine. 2 catnapper and purplegerber reacted to this

lsuchick4 54 Posted March 12, 2014 Probably just gas. Target sells a French onion Soup flavored broth. It's actually not bad.
