Isagenix

Has anyone used isagenix as their Protein Shake? It's got 24g of undenatured Protein, 8g of fibre and 23g Vitamins and minerals. I emailed the nutritionist and asked her but she hasn't gotten back up me yet. I start pre op diet next week and stocked up on them. It's the only kind I like.

I've been using Isagenix (the President's Pak) for 8 weeks and have lost 53.5cm so far. Great program, and great nutritional composition for the products too (all natural!).

You will absolutely get the best results by incorporating their whole program though, rather than just the shakes on their own.
