NittanyLion 4 Posted March 10, 2014 No complications, but a few questions for the veterans: Struggling allot with fatigue. Is this common? Stomach feels upset most of the time. Only when I just eat does it feel better. Normal? At what point did you start taking meds without crushing? Nausea - I still have 2-3 times a day (usually in the evening) where I get extremely nausiated. Anyone else experience this and at what point did the nausea go away? Tx in advance 4 your feedback! BookWorm 87 Posted March 10, 2014 Fatigue is common and as you introduce solid food and exercise this will get better. Upset stomach is normally ask for anti nausea medicine to help manage or eat smaller "meals" (I use the word loosely) closer together if eating helps to settle your stomach. Nausea could really be a symptom of heartburn so check w/ your doctor about getting on some heartburn meds. Giver your body time. All of these things will work themselves out. 7 Bites_Jen 479 Posted March 11, 2014 ALL of the above are normal! Nausea and fatigue especially. Be sure to keep drinking your Water and trying to get some food in every 2 hours or so (even if it's just a tablespoon, it will help!)I stopped crushing pills fairly early on and switched to sublinguals and chewables where I could, and liquids when I needed, because i couldn't stand the crushed pills! I take an acid reducer daily. Our tummy are too small for the acid it produces. Ask your doctor for suggestions on what to take how much and how often.
