jen.jones 55 Posted March 10, 2014 I had to share. Oscar Mayer P3 Portable Protein Pack. It's a small serving of meat, cheese and nuts, packaged kind of like a Lunchable. Perfect size, 13 grams of protein. FYI - Target's cartwheel app has a coupon for 50% off, combined with a manufacturers coupon that's stuck on the package makes these little treats about $.40/each! https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cartwheel-by-target/id659563061?mt=8 9 ivyh, enjoyinglife, Life in Progress and 6 others reacted to this

CubsWinCubsWin 108 Posted March 11, 2014 I'd be a little concerned about the nitrates and other non-fresh aspect of pre-packaged meals like that. But I guess if you are in a pinch it couldn't hurt every once and awhile.
cheryl2586 3,053 Posted March 11, 2014 Pre packaged lunch meat is filled with salt and other things. You would be better off buying boars head or something fresh then those already packaged. Just my opinion. What is the fat content on it?

Holy shnikies! I would blow up from that due to Water retention. The p3 seems like a better choice but I try and stay away from lunchmeat because of sodium. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
