irockedthe80s 11 Posted March 10, 2014 Hi! I'm not in KC but did travel there for sleeve on February 6 with Dr Hoehn at KC Bariatric. You will not regret it. Dr, his staff and surgical staff are beyond great!! The care I received after surgery at the surgery center was really amazing!! I can't say enough about what a great experience it was for me. Carol Annie 15 Posted March 26, 2014 I attended the March 24 seminar at KC Bariatric Clinic. I went with every intention of going with the lap band, but during the seminar changed my mind to the sleeve. Of course, I'm sure I will be weighing out all the pros and cons with the doctor. Dr. Hamilton did the seminar but Dr. Hoehn came in towards the end and answered questions. I think I would be quite satisfied with either one. I do appreciate hearing that the staff is as great as I had hoped. Now, I'm waiting to hear from a Case Manager regarding insurance and to schedule my first appointment.
