Okay, I want to hear from some veterans sleevers. At one or two years out does anybody have normal food with sugar in it? I know we are supposed to stick to the guidelines of sugar free Jell-O sugar-free pudding everything sugarfree but absolutely hate the taste of sugar free items as well as the taste of Splenda or any artificial sweeteners. As long as I eat food that has minimal Sugars isn't that better than not having full-blown sugar? A girls got to have a little flavor. For example today I had a regular popsicle. It was only 25 cal and 4 g of sugar. Is that horrible?

I can eat sugar- in limited amounts- I'm at goal and do. HOWEVER-- ice cream WAS a band favorite-- CAN'T eat w sleeve-- kills me- nausea, dumping - unpleasant ! Too much and I'm ill.

I'm lactose intolerant so no ice cream for me. I just hate sugar free Jello so I eat regular jello. I don't eat it all the time and I can't finish a whole one anyway. Everything that went down was a band favorite off me lol
