I'm sure if you can get them here you can get them in Germany and anywhere else in Europe. Sorry I can't recommend a particular brand because I've never used one - doctors in Europe don't recommend shakes but taking Protein from food but they are available in pharmacies, health food stores and sports stores. Carlotta1 401 Posted March 10, 2014 Why not eat the delicious Proteins they serve in Austria , especially Germany . They have great food. When was your surgery? My nut said no Protein Shakes after one month of post op. Sleeve works better when u set solid proteins. Wants me to eat real food. So enjoy the ethnic foods of these countries.
