It's used in middle eastern recipes for baking. I make what us Arabs call hilbeh and it's not healthy at all. Tastes great though with all that simple Syrup soaked in the little cookie cakes

Huh. I did a little reading and there were all kinds of benefits listed with it. I wonder if there are different forms that are healthier than others or if it's all in how it is used

I took fenugreek when I was nursing my babies cause it stimulated milk production. What do you want to take it for?

I also took it for a short time will nursing my son. I couldn't stand the syrupy taste constantly in my mouth.

It is also used for lowering cholesterol levels and leveling blood sugar inflammation and aids in weight loss it says. The maple Syrup smell sounds great to me. I spend a lot on prada candy perfume lol. I guess it's my thing to smell like sweets Lol. I also love VS candy baby!

I use the fenugeek seeds in Indian recipes as part of the masala. I haven't tried using the leaves.
