My surgeon recommended avoiding buying anything in bulk pre surgery being my taste buds may change post surgery. I stumbled across this after searching for sample packets that are high quality and offered a high amount of Protein. They offer 50+ samples for $1.95 each! Happy shopping...

I also found www.mybariatricpantry.com had samples as well that I've heard people using. I ordered last week. They should be here today or tomorrow
