Bandista 7,466 Posted March 8, 2014 Sometimes the scale doesn't move as quickly as we would like -- important to know that it's all happening, bit by bit. So happy to be losing my Mrs. Winnie-the-Pooh physique: I did some number comparisons this morning at four months out: Waist -- down 5.5 inches (wow! that accounts from going from size 18 to 14 in pants) Bust -- down 4.0 in inches (bra shopping needed; getting desperate) Hips -- down 4.4 inches Thigh -- down 3.5 inches Arm -- down 3 inches (very happy about this one! That's a lot on one arm!) Neck -- down 1 inch 4 naenaern777, chasingadream, readysetg070113 and 1 other reacted to this
SandyM 1,956 Posted March 8, 2014 I wish I had done this in the beginning. I finally did do some measurements last Saturday, but I'll never know how many inches I truly lost from the beginning. But you're right, the scales aren't always going to be a reliable source to gage your weight loss too. 2 chasingadream and Bandista reacted to this
naenaern777 345 Posted March 8, 2014 I agree with I would have done it in the beginning. I have to go get a tape measure for those times when the scale doesn't move. But WAY TO GO BANDISTA!!!! Those are some pretty awesome losses and you can definitely see it in your pics!!!! Keep the great work!!!! 2 chasingadream and Bandista reacted to this
