clefofcividale 19 Posted April 7, 2014 Thanks for posting this. I'm 6 months out also and have recently been struggling with making poor decisions. It's good to hear that others struggle the same.
charles2911 0 Posted April 7, 2014 I agree with everyone. Getting an appointment with a psych. may increase your understanding regarding addiction. Like the preverbial- eating only one(1) of something can be a true test of one's willpower and unfortunately not everyone is strong in that area.Making sure your house does not include trigger foods is important along with having healthy products that were encouraged postop.Exercise.Best of luck.Charles2911
lgwmtw 4 Posted April 9, 2014 I was sleeved May 24, 2013 and have lost 89#. Feel wonderful. However still I find it hard to satisfy my "hunger". I eat my Protein and then a little bit later I feel like I could eat a cow. Anyone have any suggestions about satisfying this actual or head hunger? Anyone else have this issue?
