Day 10 post op. Good news all around

Had my steri strips and stitches removed and given the go ahead for mushies.

I had 3oz egg salad. Low fat mayo, little shredded cheese, and hot sauce.

A few minutes ago, I had 4 tablespoons of hummus.

Wow, enjoying today. Funny the differences in 3 weeks ago and today.

Down 34 pounds total.

Wow! You're doing great. I was amazed at how good food tasted after coming off the liquid diet. Things I always ate and thought were okay, now are so delicious and flavorful. Keep up the good work!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
