RJ'S/beginning 5,358 Posted March 7, 2014 Today he came in all happy and full of life and energy and guess who he took that out on. After several threats of slow painful torture, followed by a slow painful death he started to work with me. Through out the entire hour my legs, arms, butt and thighs were sore and throbbing. Of course it was due to the new and improved and harder then ever exercises....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Squats, curls, leg lifts, a lot of work on my arms. My heart was beating so fast I thought....He took the number and said aw that's nothing....What!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the session I had the nerve to tell him i felt like I could take on the world I felt so good!!! He laughed!!!!!!!!!!!! I frowned! I think I may be nuts to do this to myself! 1 Danni-doinit4me reacted to this
Danni-doinit4me 140 Posted March 7, 2014 Not nuts!!! Kudos for keeping it up! I am still not comfortable getting down on the floor. One of these days i will get over that fear. Fear of not being able to get back up, let alone doing exercises with a trainer and then trying to "gracefully" pull myself off the floor! 1 RJ'S/beginning reacted to this
Carlotta1 401 Posted March 7, 2014 I had a trainer once and I know exactly what u mean..they push u really, really hard. You will see an amazing transformation of your body if u keep this up. 1 RJ'S/beginning reacted to this
Tate777 84 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) I have a trainer, too. 2 xs per week. I dread the sessions because I know how sore I will be for the next day or 2 after, but I also know it is good for me. Hang in there!! Edited March 7, 2014 by Tate777 1 RJ'S/beginning reacted to this

Cabingirl 55 Posted March 8, 2014 RJ - you are mightily blessed! Alive and well, and able to do all that your trainer is asking you to do. It's so good to hear how you are improving every day. Well done.
