I am 2weeks an 3 days out and I am starting to have strands fall out too.

It happens because you lose your hair and your body isn't replacing it like it usually does. It will again but there is nothing you can do. No pills or supplements. Just have to live through it.

I drink 4 shakes a day and have done since about 3 months out as well as all the Protein I take from food it didn’t stop or slow down hair loss.
I was also a very rapid weight loss person.
I wish I did know a trick to stop it as its taken so long to get my hair back and its not even all back to date.
I keep my Protein up I take my Vitamins and I take Biotin but its just a fact it comes out the steps we take are to help what grows back in grow in faster and healthier.
Some people are lucky or have so much hair its not as noticeable but we all lose hair if you didn’t have the op and went on a extended crash diet the same thing would happen it’s a side effect of rapid weight loss.

This is the only thing that has made me happy to be a slow loser..so sorry for those going

through this traumatic event and hope it ends soon. I'm 6.5 months out and haven't noticed any loss.
