747heavy 10 Posted March 6, 2014 My wife is concerned that I will be weak and loose energy anyone with insight?
2muchfun 8,927 Posted March 6, 2014 Why would you lose energy? If you're 90 lbs lighter you would most likely have more energy if you're not dragging around the excess weight.
PrettyThick1 1,860 Posted March 6, 2014 Only when I'm not getting in enough Protein and Water, definitely if I haven't been taking my Vitamins regularly. 1 enjoythetime reacted to this
Bandista 7,466 Posted March 6, 2014 I have so much more energy now! I used to think I needed to eat but now I realize that was just a head-game. I do just fine on very little food because my body has plenty of fuel to burn. All that stored fat! Bye bye. 2 PrettyThick1 and enjoythetime reacted to this
lisacaron 5,075 Posted March 6, 2014 The truth is that yes you will have some energy loss in the very beginning of your journey. While you are on the 2 week liquid diet before and perhaps after surgery. You will feel a bit tired and drag a little as your body detoxes from the "junk" foods and starts to adapt to eating high Protein and quality food. After surgery we are all tired for a bit, we just had major surgery. Once you heal up and your body has adjusted your going to feel amazing and have so much more energy provided you keep your nutrition up and follow your doctors recommended nutrition plan including any Vitamins they may tell you to take. Over all your going to feel better once you lose some pounds. 3 enjoythetime, PrettyThick1 and LL112 reacted to this
