211 Today! UGH Help me Stop.

Im trying to stop losing.. I cut cardio to 30 min per day. i lift weights 6 days per week. Im still dropping. Ive added calories to about 1400-1500 per day. I really cant eat anymore. Any suggestions.

211 pounds at 5'11" is not a weight to panic about. You've still got over 20 pounds of wiggle room.

My nut suggested adding healthy fats. Cooking with butter and olive oil (not excessive), nuts (almonds, peanuts, peanut butter), avocados. Hope this helps :)
