healthymesoon 19 Posted March 5, 2014 OK... I'm super excited. I sent in all my paperwork on Friday. My patient navigator was on vacation until today. She submitted my paperwork at 10:30 today and called me at 11:45 am and tells me I was approved by BCBS. Now I'm waiting to schedule everything. Did not realize it would go this smooth. Jenn_Marie518 5 Posted March 5, 2014 Wonderful!! I hear BCBS is a lot smoother to deal with than most other insurance companies. AETNA made me resubmit three times! and they still had a coverage cap! joodster219 7 Posted March 5, 2014 Oh good Tiffany4fit - we can keep each other company. It seems like it will be forever, however - everyone says it flies by fast. Plus, we can learn all the tips like chewing slowly, drinking without a straw, eating Protein first, and then we'll be set when the surgery gets here. I'm creating a monthly task plan to not get so anxious. It's difficult, but I am excited! Congrats everyone else on your surgery dates!
