Weird Water Nausea...suggestions?

I do!!!! It's the most frustrating thing about this! I was a great Water drinker before surgery. Now, I struggle to meet goals. I find it easier to drink 30-45 min after eating and truly hard when my stomach is "empty". I was struggling today and ate a piece of cheese. It seemed to make the queasiness go away and then I could drink again. But I find myself feeling like I'm grazing and that's no good. But I totally agree. Water on an empty sleeve is so nauseating. I drink a big cup of Decaf tea at night (which goes down better) just to try to catch up. So frustrating.

My surgeon told me that his sleeve patients have done so much better when they eat 5-6 times a day. I also graze throughout the day and it really helps me feel better. And I take sips of water with my meals. He also told me that taking sips with my meals was fine.....thank goodness! Not sure I could eat and not have my water.
