Liquid Protein Diet Pre-Op

I would like to ask if anyone had some digestive adjustments when they went on High Protein liquid diet, even when adding berries, Suprafiber, and/or Metamucil. Accept my apology for the wtmi, but Constipation and bloating has come hand in hand with this.

Well I had the opposite problem...but I think it could go either way. Our bodies are definitely adjusting to dietary changes!

Oh yes - I've had it both ways - ON THE SAME DAY!!! As your body adjusts and gets used to the new foods it'll stabilize
