Hi ! I am new to this board - have been reading a lot of posts - I am to be banded in Mexico by the famed Dr Ortiz on Monday, April 9th - which I've begun to regard as my second birthday ! I've been yo-yo dieting for about 25 years now - and I'm so looking forward to the end of that! I'm in the preop diet phase - which is a little tough, but I'm tougher. I'm grateful for this outlet - as I've chosen to take this journey alone - I have found the older I get the less I wish
