Looking for sleevers in the Bronx

I am looking for someone or a group of people who have been sleeve in the Bronx. I need to get back from this failure that I feel. I lost around 50 lbs. and gain back 20 lbs. I just hate my aftercare was hoping to be followed at least once a month but it never happen. So here I am about to make my two years since I had surgery and battling not to gain any more. I am so lost doing this by myself. If you are a group that has meetings please let me know. Thank you.
