Need help with my "mental hunger" issues..... I just want to eat everything I see. Any suggestions?

It's not really hunger so try to keep that in mind.

Thirst can also be confused with hunger so try drinking.

Are you getting enough Protein? Protein can stave off hunger.

I agree with SnowDaisy. Protein and Water. Head hunger can really mess with you. Anytime I get it, I grab a bottle of Water and chase that down with a 4oz shake.
