Babiebleu44 0 Posted March 2, 2014 I meant to write more. The attached picture is from the end of Sept at 290 pounds. The pic on the right is me beginning of Feb at 225 pounds and now I'm 216. It feels great but I get stuck so much. I have a lot of skin already too which depresses me. What do you guys do when you get in stalls? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Stalls are common but frustrating Most important when in a stall is to stay on track and not get frustrated and give up. Some things that helped me.....Changing up my exercise routine, increasing Water intake, playing around with my calorie intake.
