sleevethefatbehind 95 Posted March 4, 2014 I try to do 15 min either side but sometimes life just doesn't work out that way. That, or I get really thirsty and take a little sip after a meal.
smithpy 117 Posted March 6, 2014
I drink up until I eat, but find I don't want to drink again until an hour afterwards. It just feels gross most of the time and eating/drinking at the same time is unpleasant. Soup isn't fun anymore either (have to drink the liquid first then eat the solids). I would have thought this would be gone by now (6 1/2 months out), but it's not. Oh well, maybe that's a good thing.
That should go away. I don't have a problem eating soup (liquid and contents together). I find that I have to set the timer on my phone to show when it's ok to eat or drink again. suejersey 263 Posted March 7, 2014 I don't really worry about if I drank before I eat, but I wait 30 minutes (approximately) after I eat to drink. If I am super thirsty I will take a couple sips, but otherwise wait 30 minutes after eating. 1 smithpy reacted to this

StratusPhr 127 Posted March 17, 2014 I can drink up until the time I start eating and nothing for 30 minutes afterwards. Doctor's orders, I've been doing this for almost four years. 1 smithpy reacted to this
