Bella86 82 Posted March 19, 2014 I'm in! Recommitment woot!! Been stuck at 165 pounds for months!! (75kg) Want to get to 145 pounds (65/67kg) and I need motivation! N rowing machine a little bit. N some easy weights. I started eating only egg whites fat free plain yogurt asparagus seaweed Protein Shake one apple n and some carrots. I hope lower 190's!!!!! How far out from surgery are you now? What time frame did you regain? I regained 27 pounds over a couple years but took it off from June-Oct with an addl 10 pounds. It's MUCH harder relosing the 2nd time around. I'm hoping you are putting a good plan in place now. We had success with 5:2. Keep at it!
