I was banded 3/14/07 and feel hopeful about my new life. I am excited to learn about this support site. My doctor is Dr. Cirangle from San Francisco,Ca.

I exercised each and everyday.

I reached my goal in 8 months.

Welcome and good luck! I got my band 11/15/07 and am 2/5ths to my goal. It gets a bit boring sometimes because the prospect of losing 1 to 2 lbs a week makes the week seem longer. What helped me is to write down "mini goals" for each week about two months ahead and then concentrate on LIVING!
