LyceeB 13 Posted February 28, 2014 Since surgery I've lost 10 lbs and I'm still in second week... Since I began the presurgery process in down 22lbs and my clothes are loose. I haven't even had a fill yet. I'm glad the pounds are dripping but I'm afraid if it goes too fast my skin won't be able to keep up with the weight loss. Any skin pointers? Lotions exercises miracles anything?
terrydumont46 1,954 Posted February 28, 2014 there really isn't anything you can do. there isn't any magic potion. age is a changer though. younger you are the more elastic your skin is. keep your skin hydrated inside and out is my best advice. 1 LyceeB reacted to this
Bandista 7,466 Posted February 28, 2014 Congratulations on your surgery and happy spring to you! I wouldn't worry too much -- you are doing beautifully. Later you'll be able to tone, once the doctor clears you for abdominal exercises. For now walking will help with everything. Best wishes to you!
LyceeB 13 Posted March 1, 2014 Thank you so much. I started this process at 276. I'm now at 246 and in only two weeks post op. My clothes are already starting to be too big. I really don't even have an appetite. I just eat a little because I know I have to eat. It's strange. But I'm excited. 1 Hollyapplej reacted to this
