I hope this isn't too personal....

I was wondering how soon after surgery did you all start to feel the sex drive improving or returning?

I have low testosterone levels but had to stop taking the testosterone replacement after I started having problems with swelling in my legs. I don't know if I will be able to start using it again after surgery but hopefully if the sex drive improves I may not have to.

For me, it was when the weight started dropping off. Somehow when you start feeling better about yourself, the drive gets better. Not to mention the gain in size, that helps too.

I think I noticed a significant improvement around 6 months.

My guess is that you won't need the T replacement once you lose enough weight. It does come together rather nicely!
