... It took four hours ...but I finally had a whole shake ! Had surgery 2/21 and was stuck in hospital for 5 days because of vomiting. This morning was first time I was able to finish a shake ;) huge victory for me yay. Sipping still hurts me but I'm getting better at it , such a bad gurgling as it goes down and air comes back up . Can't wait for that to stop

Yeah!! Progress!!! Gut sounds are going to be the norm from now on...They get really loud at times...Hang in there!!! You got it whopped now!!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
