Match 10th for me too! After surgery I'm required 80g of Protein a day so my pre-op diet consists of getting used to that.

March 10th here too! I am getting really nervous and second questioning my decision. But I know I am doing the right thing. On day 9 of pre-op and all cravings are gone which is nice. Good luck everyone!!!!! see you on the other side!

im sure is normal to second guess yourself. Im second guessing myself right now and i havent even had it done yet...lol what do you do to move past that voice inside your head thats trying to scare you out of it? any advice?

How is everyone doing these last couple day post surgery?

It was a little hard starting out but everyday is getting better. Protein shakes are not easy getting down. Cold Water taste so much better!

I'm also struggling to get all my Protein in, but every day is better and better. I really feel good.

Remember these first 2 weeks the key is hydration and not protein.... Sip your Water, rest rest rest, and OMG I AM SO PROUD OF YOU ALL!! You did it!! You crossed the line!! *hugs* be safe and well. I recommend those Mio squirt-flavor things.
