I felt the same exact way! I am so happy for you that you are getting your surgery tomorrow - you are definitely on your way! You are gonna be ok & you will be happy with your results. Its scary because you are changing the entire way that you eat, but you will get used to it. You will just have to do a little more preparing for just yourself. I prepare my Breakfast & lunch every day to take to work. Just make sure you have the foods that you are allowed to have in your house and that will help. Its attainable, it really is.

It's totally normal to feel this way! I think everyone feels this way, or I know I did! Congrats on the start of your new healthy life. Just get it into your head that you can do this, precisely follow your doctor's instructions and you'll do great! Keep us updated on how you're doing after your surgery!

You will totally do fine. You just have to know it is not easy, it isn't fast and you have to have patience like never before.
