Catherine707 253 Posted February 26, 2014 It seems like a lot but once you take it all in and "own" the information it isn't really so bad. I was thankful that my surgeon gave us so much info. It really helped me deal with all the changes after surgery. Good luck to you, you are taking a big step towards good health!
dfwtxmissy 108 Posted February 27, 2014 You will be fine. Mine was 4 months and it goes by fast. To me the worst part was the last 2 weeks and the Protein shake/soup only diet. Then it's all down hill. You will do fine.
FitnFabfor2014 358 Posted February 27, 2014 Oh heck ya I felt overwhelmed. I had to do a six month supervised weightloss. I got discouraged so many times! It did help me prepare for my surgery and the healing process. There of course are things I would have never predicted, but it was definitely worth the wait! Good luck with your pre-op. Your surgery will be here sooner than you think .
