Last night I was able to eat the chicken Soup from Unjury (not the entire packet) and this morning I had three spoonfuls of malt o meal with unflavored Protein added. Hard to believe how full I am after there spoonfuls. Oh and I'm 10lbs down since Wednesday.....WOW
